He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kocher and Florence Kocher. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hill Jacobs Kocher; and his children, Mark (Barb), Rod, Debbie (Don), Annette, Juanita (John), Eugene Jr. and Tara (David). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
