She was predeceased by: her mother Celia Ashcraft; her husband Leonard Gene Smith; her son Michael D. Smith; and her sister Julia Moore. She is survived by: her son Jeff; her grandchildren, Adam Smith, David Smith (Kayela), Matthew Smith and Ali Hodel (Evan); and her great grandchild Kyiah Smith.
