She was predeceased by: her father William A.; her daughter Nicole Larae Shepherd; and her siblings, Frank, Eugene, Joe, John, William, Chester, Carl, Anthony Bober and Virginia Owings.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Lewis (Kelly) of Groveport, OH, Kirstin Wiley (Mike) of Baltimore, OH, Marnie McIntire (Shawn) of Baltimore, OH and Bobby Lewis (Ida) of Frazeysburg; her sister Elizabeth McMath of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, James Coggins (Gayle), Heather Roberson (Clay), Kyanne Wiley, Kolt Wiley, Makenna McIntire, Dylan McIntire, Josie McIntire, Tayler Hoge (Derek), Logan Lewis (Lauren), Landon Lewis and Abbagail Shepherd; and her great grandchildren, Gauge, Bayne, Everly, Wrenly, Hannah, Avery, Trace and Riot. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
