She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Parker and Fern Oline Parker (Badgley); and her brother James L. Parker. She is survived by: her sister Barbara S. Hennessey; her niece Kathleen Travis; and her nephews, Kevin Hennessey, Micah Parker and Christopher Parker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's name to Hospice Care of Middletown.
