She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Raby and Steryle Raby (Trent); her husband Ben Phillips; her son Benjamin G. Phillips; and her siblings, Betty McGuire and Doyle Wayne Raby.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Collins (Paul), Doris Sullivan, Marsha Noble and Lewis Raby (Joyce); her nieces and nephews, Sheila Sullivan, Angie Raby, Paula Collins, Joey Monk, Stevie Sullivan, Chris McGuire, Scott McGuire, Keith Raby (Holly), Eric Raby (Amber), John Raby, Brandon Marsh, Brian Raby, Mike Raby and Clint Collins (Shelly); and her sister-in-law Helen Raby.
