He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Isbell and Mildred Isbell (Thom); his former wife Barbara Shorts; his children, Thomas Isbell Jr. of Upper Sandusky, Jennifer Isbell of Fostoria and Tonia Carter of San Jose, CA; and his brother Jerry Isbell (Julie) of Fostoria.
