She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Radcliff and Elizabeth Radcliff (Williams); her husband Donald E. Shaferly; and her daughter Julia Ann Pearsall. She is survived by: her children, Donald E. Shaferly II (Wanda), JoLynn Moore (Craig), Laurie Shaferly (Chuck Sullivan) and Susan Goodman (Jerry). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
