He is survived by: his wife Lori Bulkowski of Fostoria; his son Scott Bulkowski Jr. (Eve) of Fostoria; his sisters, Tracy Jolliff (Greg) of Forest and Debra Jolliff (Merlin) of Forest; and his grandchildren, Sabrina Vargas (Jake Schuld), Alex and William Bulkowski.
