He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jennings and Gertrude Louise Porter Sr. (Carr); his sister Mary; and his brother-in-law Charles Van Pelt. He is survived by: his brother Carl Porter (Kristine) of Fostoria; and his sister-in-law Sandra Crawford (late John) of Fostoria. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
