He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith P. Kitchen and Mary Jane Kitchen Leckey (Miller); and his siblings, Freddie Kitchen, Betty Lou Craft and Rosemary Jennings.

He is survived by: his wife Ilda Ramos; his children, Laura Hauenstein (Tom) of Findlay, Robert Kitchen (Lorin) of Fostoria, Bobby Price (Jennifer) of Florence, KY and Casimiro Anez III of Upper Sandusky; and his brother Richard Kitchen of Arlington. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
