She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Slater and Margie Slater (Lusk); and her husband Luther Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Perkins (Shelley) of Fostoria, Gary Perkins (Pamela) of Findlay, Penny Perkins of Findlay and Lisa Perkins of Findlay; and her grandchildren, Danny, Joel Perkins, Jr., Adam, Tiffany, Jesse Peterman, Gage Haws, Cory, Shannon, Amelia, Cole, Cassie and Gracie Perkins. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
