She was predeceased by: her father Irvin C. Steinmetz; her husband Lawrence James Hoffman; her son-in-law Dave Gillig; and her brothers, James Steinmetz (Genniel) and Joseph Steinmetz (Vicki).
She is survived by: her children, Larry Hoffman (Marcy) of Bluffton, Marlene Gillig of Fostoria, Mark Hoffman (Teresa Brossia) of Fostoria and Lori Schaffier (Frankie) of Fostoria; her grandchildren, Stuart Holman (Samantha), Morgan Heiser (Isaac), Megan Ferguson (Anthony), Ross Sears, Madison Gillig, Jake Hoffman, Ellie Hoffman, Nolan Hoffman, Ethan Hoffman, Shannon Bancroft (Mark), Frankie Schaffier III (Alyssa) and Ashley Schaffier; her siblings, Kathleen Krupp (Dave) of Tiffin and Thomas Steinmetz (Joan) of Fostoria; her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Stults (Wayne) of Fremont and Agnes Peiffer (Dave) of Fremont; and her great grandchildren, Kendall, Parker, Michael, Jack, Liam, Marleigh, Annaleigh, Mia, Frankie, Abigail, Jackson, Julianna, Jayden, Ava and Andrew.
