He is survived by: his parents, Keith Kohls and Joanne Kohls (Ulrich); his fiancé Donica Pullom of Fostoria; his children, Trevor Tomkinson of Huron and Allison Reck (Cory) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Carson, Colton, Cruze, Kaydence and Kamryn; his sister Kelly Tomkinson of Grand Rapids, MI; and his stepfather Marvin Oothoudt of Toledo.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, or to the Hancock County Humane Society.
