He was predeceased by: his father Boyd J. Swartz Jr.; and his grandfather Jose'Hernandez. He is survived by: his mother Yvette Hernandez (Hernandez) of Fostoria; his sister Kelsie Huber (Shane) of Tiffin; his aunt Cindy Parsons of Fostoria; his uncle Brian Hernandez (Kristi) of Powell, Ohio; his grandmother Minerva Hernandez of Fostoria; and his cousins, Brayden Moon (Cortney) of Fostoria, Shane Parsons (Jen) of Plain City, Logan, Tommy Hernandez of Powell, Ohio, Owen and Emit Parsons.
