He was predeceased by: his father Leo Droll; and his siblings, Bernard, Henry, Maurice Droll, Patricia Wolph and Virginia Holman-Fredritz.
He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Droll; his children, Todd A. Droll, Michael J and Laura E. Newman (Columbus); his grandchildren, Karissa Newman of Columbus and Dalton Newman of Columbus; and his sisters, Barbara Frankforther, Wilma Klopp and Velma Nye. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
