He is survived by: his mother Doris Welly; his girlfriend Mary Finfrock; his partner's children, Heather and Nate Hamilton; his sisters, Marlene Tussinger, Mary Rader and Pam Kessler; his sons, Paul, Chad and Jay Welly; his grandchildren, Allison, Sarah, Eric, Ale, Alisa, Cody, Abranna, Dalton, Colton, Christian and Adriana; and his pet Hunter.
