He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Zoeller; his children, Rick Frankart (Cindy), Kimberly Kreais (Kevin) and Stacy Holmes (Bo); his grandchildren, Ashley, Tonya, Jessie, Megan, Adam, Dylan and Ella; and his siblings, Marilyn Wilson (Dale), Keith Frankart (Linda Jones), Tim Frankart (Peg) and Bill Frankart (Kathy Slaughterbeck).
