She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert "Bob" Harner; her husband Jack R. Lentz; her daughter Rebecca Harner; and her sister Thelma June Miklovic. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Fillhart (Richard) of Kansas, Dennis Harner of Port Clinton, Richard Harner (Karen) of Kansas, Dan Harner (Theresa) of Kansas and Mertie Schauder (Chuck) of Fremont. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
