We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2023, at the age of 79, Estella Nancy Jean Shively of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Logan, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McKinney and Virginia McKinney (Jarrell); her daughter Roberta Collins; and her brothers, George, Opie and Frank McKinney Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Bush (Paul) and Thomas Shively (Becky); and her brother Herman McKinney. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren with one more great grandchild.
