We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Dustin Shively of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father David Shively; his grandparents, Michael, Karin "Omi" Shively, Doris Karn, Joyce Karn and Robert Karn; and his uncle Rodney "Rocky" Karn.

He is survived by: his mother Lisa Shively (Karn); his partner Kasey Bonifacio; his children, Olivia Shively and Elliott Shively; and his siblings, Matt Shively and Shawna Broadstock (Juan). He is also survived by four nieces; and two nephews.

The family wishes any memorial contributions can be made to the children in care of the funeral home.
