She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Heath. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Heath (Thomas); and her siblings, Sandra Stark (John) of Fostoria, Tina Heath of Fostoria, Samuel Heath of Fostoria, Amy Bishop of Fostoria and James Heath (Alyssa) of Fostoria. She is also survived by nine nieces and six nephews.
