He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Cullison and Emma J. Cullison (Griffin); his wife Phyllis Cullison; his son Dusty Cullison; his siblings, Robert, Christopher, Evelyn Jean and Thomas "Sonny" Cullison; and his stepfather Cecil Griffin.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel, Dean, Darrin Cullison and Donna Michelle Hendrix; his girlfriend Blanche Bishop of Fostoria; and his sister Virginia Mae Reinhard-Schreiner of Fostoria. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
