He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kenan and Darlene Swartz (Jewell); his siblings, Sandra Holman and Harry Swartz (Buster); and his niece Malinda Hoepf.
He is survived by: his brother Stephen M. Swartz (Beverly); his nieces, Joy Nance, Beth Baltazar, Lynn Engel, Laurie Schumick, Susan Arras, Kathryn Holman, Jessica Weippert and Anna Brand; his nephew Caleb Swartz; his brother-in-law Leonard Holman; and also Laquita Swartz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to David's favorite charity, St Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or to Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria.
