He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Filliater (Pingle) of Fostoria; his spouse Haylee Augustine; his children, Kinley and Charles Filliater; his sister Abbie Filliater of West Chester; his mother-in-law Chrissy Richie (Jason); his grandfather-in-law Mary Jane Augustine (Rick); and his siblings-in-law, Noah Stake, Mason Richie and Madeline Richie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins.
