Chwalik; his siblings, Walter, William Chwalik and Sophia DeLuca; his daughters, Ann Marie Jones (Gary) and Susan Doe (Bob); his daughter-in-law Martha Chwalik (Matthew); his sons, David (Karen) and Chet Chwalik Jr. of Sacramento, CA; and his grandchildren, Garett (Candice), Sarah (Justin), Aaron (Meridith), Richard (Shannon), Katie, Laura (Scott), Lindsey (Rob), LeeAnn (Chad), Andrew (Rachel), Rachel, Nathaniel, Alexandra, Gabrielle, Adam, Zachary and Adelina. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
