He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dieter and Lucille Dieter (Boice); and his daughter Charlene. He is survived by: his children, Angela Agun and Charles Stephen Dieter; and his girlfriend Virginia Dieter. He is also survived by 3 step children, 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
