She is survived by: her sons, Brian Goins of Fostoria, OH, Darrin Goins (Priscilla) of Fostoria, OH, Lamont Goins of Fostoria, OH and Scott Goins (Jeni) of Fostoria, OH; her sister LaDonna Harris (Willie) of Marion; her grandchildren, Ashley Goins of Fostoria, OH, Alexis Goins of Fostoria, OH, AJ Goins of Fostoria, OH, Nicholas Goins of Fostoria, OH, Thomas Hammer of Fostoria, OH, Bryce Goins of Fostoria, OH, Richard Couch of Findlay, Ohio and Charlie Jo of Lima, Ohio; and her caregiver Tiffany Lambright. She is also survived by her family, friends.
