She is survived by: her mother Sharon Perkins; her sons, Jeffrey McCoy (Katelynn Monroe) and Jordan McCoy; her granddaughter Amelia Louise McCoy; her partner Thomas Ingraham; her siblings, Jimmy Perkins (Dottie), Anita Perkins, Donny Perkins (Cathy), David Perkins (Lori), Charles Cain (Sarah Strayer) and Kimberly Perkins; and her friends, Jolene Coffmon, Sarah Stayer and Jennifer Kinnaman.
