He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cuellar and Mercedes Cuellar (Quesada). He is survived by: his wife Consuelo "Connie" Navarro; his children, Arthur R. Cuellar, Martin Cuellar (Linda) of Atlanta, GA, Gloria Cuellar-Kyle of Houston, TX, Jeannie Davis, Cleveland and Linda (Richard); his grandchildren, Jason, Joseph, Matthew, Andrew, Sam, Katie, Bianca, Richie, Philip, Zachary and Luke; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Darian and Sofia; and his brother Tony Cuellar of San Francisco, CA.. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.

Memorials may be made to St. Wendelin School or a charity of the donor's choice.
