He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie Cuellar (Navarro) and Arthur Cuellar Sr.; and his brother-in-law Gary Davis. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Rinehart; his son Joe Cuellar (Becky); his grandchildren, Dylan, Darian, Sofia, Everett and Teddy; and his siblings, Marty Cuellar (Linda), Gloria Cuellar Kyle, Jeannie Davis and Linda Richard-Schott. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
