She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joseph DeWayne Rexroad and Heather Renae Rexroad; her siblings, Carl, Larry, Bood, Eugene, Mildred Summers, Carol "Hotsie" Anderson and Virginia Jones; her daughter Donna Augustus (Wayne) of Forest; her brothers, Conrad "Red" Humphreys of Charleston, WV and Woodrow Humphreys (Gladys) of Charleston, WV; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Burdette of Wallings, TN, Louise Scott of Newark, OH, Minnie Rexroad (Gertrude) of Buffalo, WV and Annette Heater of Buffalo, WV; her friend Charlene Pondillo; her caregiver Laurie Lawrence; and also Tianna Pondillo. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
