He was predeceased by: his wife Karin Denise Koch of Louisville, KY. He is survived by: his daughters, Charity Holland (Jeff) of Forest and Amanda Noascono (P. J.) of Forest; his grandchildren, Isaac, Landon Holland and Gio Noascono; his brothers, David Bash (Kathy), Kenton and Jon Bash (Karen); and his family, Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Riverdale Falcons.
