Lee Simon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Simon of Forest, Ohio, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice H. Simon and Sarah J. Simon (Hulet); his brother Rick; and his father-in-law Frank Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Diane Shaffer; his children, Dionne Staley (Jeffrey) of Forest and Lee Simon (Christy) of Columbus; his granddaughters, Gianna and Jocelyn Staley of Forest; his siblings, Jo Courtad (Don) of Forest, Maggie White of Lakeland, Ali Fitzpatrick (Kevin) of Tampa, Pat Simon of Louisiana and Pete Simon of Crystal River, Florida.; his mother-in-law Patricia Shaffer of Forest; and his sister-in-law Beth Gillfillan (Denny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
