It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karin D. Bash of Forest, Ohio, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Koch and Lena Mae Koch (Hartledge). She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Bash; her daughters, Charity Holland (Jeff) and Amanda Noascono (PJ); her grandchildren, Isaac, Landon Holland and Gio Noascono; and her sisters, Allyson Dunn (Dennis) and Killy Mulhall (Tom).
