He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Waller and Lula Waller; his wife Betty Waller; his son Mike Waller; his stepdaughter Rebecca Smith; his stepgreat-grandson Lane Heeg; his stepson-in-law Nelson Jackson; and his siblings, Loyce Tosky and Bernard Waller.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice Emert; his stepchildren, Vickie R. Jackson, William M. Brock, Terry L. Brock and Pamela L. Green; and his sister Joyce Alley. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
