She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; her parents, Paul Stevens and Adelle Stevens; and her brother Ralph W. Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Parry DeLozier (Shelley), Garry DeLozier and Susan Spanja (Paul); her grandchildren, Peyton, Madison DeLozier, Ethan and Harrison Spanja; her great grandchild Riley DeLozier; her sister Dianne Stevens Guthrie; and her sister-in-law Carole Stevens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Donna's name can be made to Forest Chapel United Methodist Church or to Hospice of Cincinnati.
