He is survived by: his parents, David Grubbs (Mary) and Sharon Holtzberer Grubbs (Sam Nichols); his daughter Jade Marie Buchanan; his grandmother Betty Bayes; his sister Rachael Fall; and his stepbrothers, Christopher, T. J., Michael and Kevin Smith.
