He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Philipps and Vincentia Philipps (Mahoney); his sister Roberta Bond; and his former wife Helen (Karcher). He is survived by: his children, Christina Radabaugh (Ron Haynes) and Brian Philipps (Beth); his grandchildren, Wesley, Josh, Tyler, Emma Beth, Jack, Adam and Cory; and his stepchildren, Chris Kolhoff (Jeanna) and Jeff Kolhoff (Julie).
