He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Gutierrez and Maria Guadalupe Gutierrez (Herrera); his daughter Nicki Gutierrez; his nieces and nephews, Sherri Neely (Matt), John Wayne Sprague and Celsin Trevino; and his great grandchild Roselyn Conner.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric Gutierrez and Alex Gutierrez (Nia Tarrance); his grandchildren, Haylee Conner (Teran) and Sarah Kohler; and his sisters, Norma Gutierrez-Trevino (Celso) and Thelma Sprague (John).
