He is survived by: his sons, Jason Smith (Elizabeth) of Findlay and Jared Smith (Ashley) of Findlay; his granddaughter Adelaide Smith of Findlay; his sister Diane Diller of University Heights; his mother-in-law Naomi Moore of North Baltimore; his sister-in-law Kathy Dotts of North Baltimore; his niece Lindsay Diller of Cleveland; and his nephew Britton Diller (Amber) of Columbus.
