He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lee and Helen Lee (Daniels); his brothers, Robert and Raymond Lee; his stepson Phillip Umbs; and his son-in-law Robert Collet.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Collet of Greenwood, Indiana and Douglas Lee (Toni) of Findlay; his stepsons, Michael Umbs (Sheila) of Findlay and Joseph Umbs (Mary) of Findlay; and his grandchildren, Aaron Lee, Derrick Lee (Corinne), Amanda Lee, Spencer Lee (Alexandra), Dillon Collet, Shane Collet (Lauren), Sonja Daniels (Brandon), Gabrielle Peterson (Andrew), Mikaela Collins (Jacob), Moriah Bowdle (Roderick), Grant Umbs, Kyle Umbs (Erin) and Cody Umbs. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to either Howard United Methodist Church or Crawford United Methodist Church.
