He was predeceased by: his parents, Apolinar Ramirez and Aurora Gutierrez (Sierra); his son Frankie Ramirez; and his brother Rodolfo Ramirez. He is survived by: his son Israel Ramirez (Christy) of Findlay; his granddaughters, Tina Mann (Kevin) of Findlay and Blanca Ramirez of Carey; and his siblings, Paul Ramirez, Joe Gutierrez Jr., Roberto Gutierrez, Diane Eyerly of Findlay, Pearl Niese of Findlay and Rosalinda Hernandez of Findlay. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
