He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Oswald and Agnes Oswald (Jordan); his brothers, Arthur (Sarah), Joseph (Almira), Thomas and Raymond; his brothers-in-law, Dean VanAtta and Art Groves; and his son-in-law Thomas Westrick (Janet Louise).
He is survived by: his former wife Sharon McAlexander; his wife Janet Young; his children, Laureen Fay Westrick, Kevin Leo Oswald (Karen), Lisa Kay Ames (Steve) and Tina Lynne Siefert (Brad); his granddaughters, Amber Rochelle Hesson and Audrey Louise Jackson; his sisters, Mary Groves and Ruth VanAtta; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Oswald and Judy Oswald.
