He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul William and Martha D. Otte (Wesche); his wife Kathryn "Katy" Ann Sanford; and his siblings, Donald Otte and Helen Roedel.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Rufty (David) of Columbus, Ohio and David Otte of Findlay; and his sister Margaret Thieroff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kenneth's name are suggested to First Lutheran Church or Bridge Hospice.
