She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard Crates; her daughters, Katie Crates of Findlay and Kristin Crates (Travis O'Neal) of Findlay; her grandchildren, Avery O'Neal and Morrigan O'Neal; her siblings, Jeannie Lewis of Shelby, Kathy Reed Shick of Findlay, William Reed and Marilyn Snyder; and her grandparents, Luther and Grace Mains.
