He was predeceased by: his parents, Earle Kelsey and Margaret Kelsey; and his wife Evelyn Tompkins. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Kelsey (Dawn) and Debra Slough (James); his grandchildren, Ashlee Busching (Jack), James Slough, Nathan Kelsey (Stephanie), Andrew Kelsey (Devon), Paige Montgomery (Stephen) and Taylor Kelsey (Meghan); and his great grandchildren, Madalyn Busching, Lyla Busching, Jase Busching, Asher Montgomery, Jaden Montgomery, Theadore Montgomery, Daisy Montgomery, Lennox Kelsey, River Kelsey and Cecilia Kelsey.
