He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Mae (Lewis) and Ollie James Peyton; his sisters, Rae Dean Moore and Marilyn Miller; and his children-in-law, Kelly Peyton and Christopher Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Peyton (Eby); his children, William D. Peyton, Jr., Kimberly Hile (Basil) and Kerisa Citro; his grandchildren, Elley Peyton, Kylee Peyton (John Kincaid), Michael Alspaugh (Brandy), Steven Alspaugh (Heidi), Natalie Citro, Caden Citro and Carson Citro; his great grandchildren, Raelynne, Ella, Skye, Aqua, Canyon, Lilly and Lakeyn; his aunt Pauline O'Dell; and his friend Jack Shepard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
