He is survived by: his wife Alberta Sanders (Hayes); his daughters, Carrie Golden (Roger) and Rebecca Smith; his grandchildren, Victoria Sanders, Jeffrey Fawell, Amber Willinger (Matthew) and Bruce Smith; and his siblings, John Durham, Allan Durham (Tina) and Mary McIntosh (John). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
