He was predeceased by: his wife Frances (Mota); his grandson Bruce; and his sister Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Mahler, Diane Upperman (Erich), Michael Palkovic and John Palkovic (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Alicia (Simon), Brenda (Matthew), Ashley (Daniel), Brett, Destiny, Michael and Katherine; his great grandchild Gianna; and his siblings, Carleen (Chuck), William and Elizabeth.
