He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woolery and Bertha Woolery (Grubbs); his wife Dixie Woolery (Spencer); his son Keith Woolery; his granddaughter Rachael Fessler; and his brothers, Lawrence, Pat "Floyd", Bob, Tom and Paul "Shorty" Woolery.
He is survived by: his children, Gary, Georgia Woolery of West Milton, John, Julie Woolery of Brookville, Kim Woolery of West Milton, Teresa and Mark Fessler of Englewood; and his close friend Ruth Enz of Tipp City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
